Summer School 2017
The summer school on sliding mode control 2017 will take place from September, 4 until September, 8 at Graz University of Technology, Austria and is organized by the Institute of Automation and Control. We are pleased to announce that
- Prof. Bernard Brogliato (INRIA Grenoble, France): Discrete-Time Sliding Mode Control: the Implicit Approach
- Prof. Antonella Ferrara (University of Pavia, Italy): Optimization Based Sliding Mode Control and Applications
- Prof. Leonid Fridman (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Mexico): Higher Order Sliding Mode Control and Observation
- Prof. Jaime Moreno (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Mexico): Lyapunov Analysis and Design of Higher Order Sliding Modes
will offer lectures covering various fields related to sliding mode based estimation, observation and control. The lectures of the first day of the summer school are supposed to generate a basis knowledge on techniques of sliding mode control and observation and will be taught by

The registration fee covers coffee and tea breaks and full participation to the summer school. Please consider that accommodation is not included. A list of hotels will be provided soon.
Financial support may be provided for female students and students younger than 27. Please send your grant application including a copy of your passport and of a document proving your student status to firstname.lastname@example.org.
